You will deal with people of privilege, and employees who for reasons unknown end up in management positions. I was told that it’s normal/acceptable for employees to work outside their schedule.

At least one person who trained with me didn’t make it past the first week. If you’re a robot, the following won’t apply to you.

Good benefits, especially the health insurance you’ll use for the mental health services you will have to seek. Just like when someone plans to leave an abusive relationship, develop an exit plan. Focus on what you’re trying to get from them: extra money for savings, gaining experience, an income for applying to financial services, supervision for your license, etc. I thought hard on this answer but there are no cons to mention.Īccept the offer and be strategic. Can't say enough about this place and I glad to be a part of the growth that is happening here! Great benefits package and great pay! Lastly, the atmosphere/culture is vibrant, positive and motivational! If you don't have the "pep in your step" then you may need to look somewhere else. If I don't know something, then I feel confident that I can ask anyone and they will sincerely try to answer the question or provide feedback.

Not to mention that the entire staff here are very "team-focused" and will help you in any way possible. The leadership and supervisors/team leads are all very professional and helpful. I would rather be thrown into the lion's den with training and learning that way rather than being told how to do something only to forget half of what was told to you later.

The training for me was similar to bootcamp, but in a good way. I will say that Brave has an approach that is different from other companies. I have worked at other big name virtual tele-health companies (that I won't mention here) so I have a point of comparison. Brave Health is the gold standard for training and development.
